We start the tour by meeting with the manager of this family run operation at his small shop on Shree Gha Bihar Road (opposite the Kaathe Swayambhu Shree Stupa). We are then taken a short distance to their factory where family members work to blend varieties of spices using traditional wooden instruments. We are then taken back to the shop where we sit around a small table and are told about the history of tea and spice trading in Nepal, the local area where they are made and wait for our six sample teas are brewed.
