Overview

This tour is visual tribute to the life of Buddha and progression of Buddhism. While it is considered a pilgrimage tour to many Buddists, it displays the great archaeological triumph of human beings. There are 62 archaeological sites in Lumbini region exhibiting different events in Buddha’s dwelling. The tour includes visit of Lumbini monsatic zone (An area in which only monasteries can be built) This area is separated into the eastern zone in which Theravadin Monasteries are built and the western zone in which houses ony Vajaryana monasteries, Kapilavastu (the palace where Buddha spent 29 years as price Siddhartha), Kudan Stupa ruins (first monastery built to house Buddha and his followers), Ramagram stupa (Only unearthed Buddha relic stupa), Maya Devi Temple,Sagarhawa different important sites related with Buddha.
